Special Meeting of the Commission
22 - 26 Aug 2011 - Sydney, Australia

A Special Meeting of the Commission shall be convened at the request of a Member supported by at least two other Members. This Special Meeting was requested by consensus at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Extended Commission. A Special Meeting may consider any matter of relevance to the Convention.
